New 214 Blood/Fluid Warming System

Beginning mid to late January 2006, orders for the 241 blood/fluid warming set will be filled with our redesigned product (see picture below). This redesign makes the set easier to insert into the Bair Hugger hose without compromising the performance clinicians have come to appreciate.

The most noticeable change is the compact design of the 241 blood/fluid warming set. The new design is seven inches shorter than the current product, simplifying insertion into the Bair Hugger hose.

Most importantly, temperature and flow rate performance in the new 241 set are consistent with the previous version. The price for this newly redesigned set remains unchanged.

This improvement to the 241 blood/fluid warming set makes safe, effective fluid warming even easier. With flow rates between KVO and 3 liters per hour, it’s perfect for cases where a stand-alone fluid warmer is not wanted or needed. The 241 set can be used with any 500 or 700 series Bair Hugger warming unit.
